What are the Myvitamins™ Energy Gels?

Myvitamins™ Energy Gels provide a combination of Glucose and Fructose in a carbohydrate based hyperosmolar energy gel. This is provided in a 2:1 ratio of Glucose to Fructose and delivers over 25g of carbohydrates in a great tasting gel. The gels also provide a unique blend of electrolytes and B vitamins and are available in four great flavours which include; Cherry, Cream Soda, Lemon and Lime, and Rhubarb.

The high carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.
